FAQ
- Q?How long do the phone interviews last?
- A.Phone interviews are not a set length of time. Applicants should do their very best to answer all questions completely and correctly. An applicant is not restricted to a set amount of time to answer questions.
- Q?What will be covered in the phone interview?
- A.The first part of the phone interview will cover a verification of your experience and work history relevant to Information Assurance. You will be asked questions about what work you have done that is relevant to the exam content of the certification you are applying for. Finally, the second part will go over actual questions, true / false, open ended questions about the exam content. Open ended questions will be setup, so that partial points will be given on questions. It’s in your best interest to at least get a portion of the question correct.

- A.Please include a copy of your certification when you submit your application. If the certification is in good standing, then you will be credited the appropriate years of experience on your application. How will my phone interview be graded? Phone interviews are graded on a point system and as a pass / fail test. The phone interview will grade on a system of 0 to 1000 points possible. Applicants will need to achieve a score of 750 to pass. Applicants will not receive results of what they answered wrong. However, feedback will be given to the applicant on what areas to improve on if they fail the phone interview.
